Location

Canada's eastern-most province, Newfoundland and Labrador, boasts an area of 400,000 sq. kms with almost 30,000 kms of rugged coastline.

With a population of just 500,000, this leaves a lot of room to play. The island portion of the province is separated from mainland Canada to the west by the Gulf of St. Lawrence, and to the east is the wide open Atlantic Ocean.
